Refund policy

DC Souvenirs does not do returns.

If an item appears defective we will honor a replacement of the same item.
If you would like to exchange an item for an item of equal value, you must first email us at: dc.souvenirs@yahoo.com, and request an exchange, we will then send instructions from there.
